This boot represents a new generation of mountain footwear. Conceived as the perfect all-rounder for difficult, mixed, high Alpine terrain. Its spectrum of use encompasses Alpine scrambling and via ferrata all the way to classic highmountain tours. Features including stability and a flexible upper are well balanced with light weight.

Uppers are made of durable 2.4 mm suede split leather, and the LOWA “FlexFit-3D” system supports the natural motion of the ankle. Achieve optimal heel positioning with Lace Loop technology with freely moving lace hooks at the ankle, all integrated into a two-zone lacing system. The waterproof GORE-TEX® lining provides optimal comfort, whilst the 200 gm Primaloft® insulation keeps feet warm in extreme conditions. The proven Vibram® rubber outsole “Dolent” shaves weight and offers the most secure grip and edging. This style is step-in crampon-compatible. The Mountain Expert GTX® Evo is ready for adventure.
