The Nendaz is a technical ski touring backpack made from bluesign® certified primary material. The Nendaz can be used for a wide variety of activities and features innovative gear attachment options – and is now available in a new design.
The lateral ski attachment also fits wider freeride skis and splitboards. Skis can also be attached diagonally. Front attachment loops for skis, snowboard or snowshoes can be stowed away in the safety compartment. The large exterior safety compartment is easily accessible through the easy-glide zip and offers space for shovel and probe. Ski poles or ice pick can be attached to the stowable and easy to use gear holder with ice-pick garage. Enough space for a hydration bladder, provisions and clothing can be found in the main compartment which can be fully opened with a long zip. With a padded compartment for ski goggles, a zip pocket on the hipbelt and a newly developed helmet holder, the Nendaz sports sophisticated features for a full range of gear.
The Synergy Mold contact back technology provides a stable, body-hugging fit. The relatively narrow, yet comfortable hipbelt provides not only good support, but can also be used with a harness for ski mountaineering, abseiling and glacier tours.

VAUDE offers the Nendaz ski backpack in three different sizes at 20, 25 and 30 liter capacities. In the season colors of black, royal, cactus and Indian red, the freeride pack harmonizes perfectly with the All Mountain clothing line. In the women’s Nendaz, there are also two special women’s models with 18 or 24 liter capacities available in the colors elderberry and cactus.
