Renowned film festival that brings the best outdoor films of the year all around the world, the Banff Mountain Film Festival World Tour comes back to Italy and, for its 6th edition, renews its collaboration with the La Sportiva brand.

The company founded by Narciso Delladio in a small village in the heart of the Dolomites, celebrates this year its ninety years of activity in the outdoor world, keep on pursuing the goal of providing the best products for those who live the mountain at 360 degrees, from climbing, to mountain running up to ski mountaineering.

The Banff Mountain Film Festival is one of the largest and most prestigious mountain festivals in the world, that draws some of the world’s best film makers and accomplished outdoor heroes to celebrate adventure, the environment, mountain culture and the outdoors through film.

The “mothership” festival has been held at the start of November each year since 1975 in Banff, Canada, but on the heels of the festival each year, the best films head off on the Banff Mountain Festival World Tour with stops in around 400 communities and 40 countries across the globe. The Banff films toured Italy for the first time in 2013 and the 2017 Tour will be heading to more venues than ever before.
