Starting next May 2nd, Nol Gerritse will be the new Brand Director of SALEWA, the Oberalp Group‘s leading brand in the production of mountain sports equipment.
Gerritse, a Dutch native and American citizen, joins Salewa from Havaianas, where he held the position of General Marketing & Product Manager (GMO Global), has extensive experience as an international manager, thanks to his background of top positions held in multinational companies, such as Havaianas, Lululemon, Keen, Colgate and Nike, which operate globally.

The SALEWA brand was founded 90 years ago in Munich, Germany, as a supplier of technical mountain equipment and was acquired by the Oberalp Group in 1990. Since then, this traditionalist brand has evolved into a supplier of equipment for all mountain sports, with a turnover of 120 million euros. Aesthetics and durability are the fundamental characteristics of the brand’s products, a perfect combination of tradition and modernity.
