New entry in the FERRINO HIGH LAB family is the new ultra-light high altitude tent model EXTREME 2. With an unrivalled weight of 890 g (800 g excluding case and pegs), it is the lightest high-altitude tent on the market. 

Designed and tested by the R&D team in collaboration with Basque mountaineer Alex Txikon, who has been using Ferrino tents for years on his winter expeditions to 8,000 metres. The results of the tests carried out in the Wind Tunnel in Turin have been outstanding.

The Extreme 2 tent, thanks to its aerodynamic lines and innovative materials, demonstrated high wind resistance, guaranteeing the stability and comfort necessary to face the most demanding conditions.

The Easton^® carbon inner pole system allows quick and safe assembly even in strong winds, without the risk of losing tent elements.

An additional accessory is the Dyneema^® flysheet designed to fit the tent perfectly thanks to a multiple-pull system.
