VAUDE’s Aletsch Jacket continues its successful trajectory after a little cosmetic surgery. Now in its second season, the concept of the 3-layer Aletsch alpine jacket is convincing in every aspect: a clean design based on a high-tech/functional appearance, outstanding performance thanks to the waterproof Sympatex® membrane and ecologically correct thanks to the bluesign® certified materials.

The new Aletsch Jacket is a dependable partner for hardcore activities in the mountains such as combined ski and high elevation tours. Exposed ridges, steep colouirs and endless powder runs are its territory. It is game for any route and follows your every move while offering full protection in ice and snow. It only shows its tough side against the forces of nature; when it comes to the environment or how the jacket feels, it’s a softie. The 3-layer laminate is certified by the strict bluesign® standard and with the recyclable, PTFE-free Sympatex® membrane it offers reliable, eco-friendly weatherproofing. VAUDE’s product developers went back to work on the cut, seams and fit of the jacket to guarantee maximum performance in the mountains. Proven features such as the high collar, helmet-compatible hood and long underarm ventilation zips promise superior performance and comfort, even in foul weather conditions. The two-tone contrast zips are completely waterproof thanks to a special PU-lip between the teeth. In the wow colors of Sunset Orange, and Frog (men’s) and Peppermint and Bordeaux (women’s), the Aletsch Jacket II is a true All Mountain type. This jacket makes every route in the mountains within comfortable reach.
