Zamberlan Thunder

Zamberlan new model Thunder takes its origin from our well-known Storm and it offers the highest comfort levels besides stability, grip and protection which are necessary for medium difficulty hikes on mixed trails.

The Adaptive Hero System (AHS), designed by the Zamberlan R&D team, allows the sole to minimize negative impacts with the ground due to absorption and adaptation.

The Thunder GTX wedge is made of two layers of low-density EVA between which a TPU layer is inserted. In this way, the upper layer of soft microporous material gives the foot a cushioning effect when walking, while the midsole provides maximum stability, lightness and anti-torsion control. The bottom layer absorbs negative impact with the ground, adapting easily to uneven terrain, and the medium-density EVA insert in the heel area provides cushioning.

Adaptive Hero System acts concretely with each step, ensuring comfort, grip, stability and cushioning on different surfaces, and giving more energy to movement, without tiring the foot.
