Outdoor clothing brand Sherpa Adventure Gear announces a merger with investment holding company, Innov8 Partners, to improve productivity and strengthen growth.
The partnership will aim to further grow support for economic development in Nepal, as well as create even greater opportunity for young Nepalese children through Sherpa Adventure Gear’s scholarship programme with the Paldorje Education Fund.
With the merger, company founder Tashi Sherpa will be stepping away as CEO of Sherpa Adventure Gear, however will remain actively associated with the company as an independent vendor through his original business, Duo Wear and Sherpa Adventure Gear Nepal.
Tsedo Sherpa will take the role of Chief Operating Officer and Pema Sherpa will transition to Product Development Manager, while Innov8 founder Dan Costa will take over the role of CEO and Kelsie Costa will step in as President.

The partnership will keep the brand’s values and mission intact, whilst expanding the company’s visibility and prominence within the industry.
Operations will remain at the current offices and all contact information will stay the same.
