Last year the first edition of the Villars Ultraks took place in Villars. Despite a difficult period in terms of health, we were already fully booked several months before the race.

At the end of the race, we listened to the runners’ comments and here are the new features for the event that will take place on 8 and 9 July 2022.

FINISH

From now on, all the races will start and finish at the same place, namely the Villars Sports Centre. We have therefore had to adapt the courses and have taken advantage of this to adjust the most criticised sections.

« ARGENTINE »

As the marathon distance was exceeded, we renamed the long race to « ARGENTINE », symbolising the Tour du Miroir that the participants in this race do.

« VERTICALE » 

The Villars Ultraks was born out of a race in the middle of a pandemic in 2020. The course was popular. We are taking up the spirit of it with a start in front of the Sports Centre and a finish at the top of the Grand-Chamossaire. We are still studying the way back down, but it will not be necessary to do it on foot.

IN PREPARATION

We are preparing a kids’ race that we will offer in the first quarter of 2022. Register now and take advantage of the Early-Bird rates until midnight on 31 December.
